As a therapist trained in systemic, experiencial and relational methods, I help people find their strengths in the context of their lives and relationships.

By getting in touch with the deeper blocks that keep us stuck, we become more attune with the emotional significance of our perceptions and behaviors (as well as their effects on others) and become better able to gain insight into the forces that prevent us from experiencing joy and satisfaction within ourselves and with our loved ones.
